Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, on orders of $200+ within the continental United States.
How long does it take to ship out my order?
Orders take 2-4 business days to be processed and packaged before being shipped out. Shipments go out Monday thru Friday. We do not ship on Saturdays & Sundays.
Can I make a change to my order?
We are unable to make changes to or cancel an order once it is in process. These changes include shipping address, product size, or product quantity.
Can I cancel my order?
Please note that our orders CANNOT be canceled, changed or modified after checkout due to our quick turnaround and processing times.
What shipping options do you offer?
Standard Shipping
Orders with our standard shipping arrive within 3 to 8 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) in the continental United States. Standard shipping cost is $9.00 for all orders under $200 and free for orders $200+.
What if my package is stolen?
Stolen packages will need to be claimed with the carrier. Here is USPS claim site. You will need your tracking number which can be found in your shipment email. Tracking numbers are sent to the email address supplied at checkout.
Can you ship to a PO Box?
Yes! You will be invoiced separately for the additional up-charge for a PO Box delivery which is typically $20. An invoice will be initiated and sent to you for the difference of shipping costs. Once invoice is paid in full, item(s) will ship!
